Program “TRAINING VOUCHER UNDER THE “HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT” PROGRAM 2021 – 2027″
Training for Acquiring Digital Competence, Advanced Level 5 and 6 according to DigComp
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
The training program aims to help advanced learners improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes about the use of digital technologies and the mastery of digital competences and their application in different subject areas. The topics and expected outcomes set out in the training program correspond to the objectives set in the European Digital Competence Framework (levels 5-6 of DigComp 2.1).
The advanced level learning content is divided into 5 modules, corresponding to each of the five competence areas in the European Digital Competence Framework DigComp 2.1. Each module contains as many learning units (topics) and with the same names as the specific competences in the respective competence area addressed in the given module.

- Communication and collaboration
- Digital content creation
- Safety
- Problem solving
The total number of training hours for the advanced level of general digital skills is 45 teaching hours.
TARGET GROUP
The training program is oriented towards individuals with an intermediate level of digital skills, with opportunities to acquire new competencies or enhance existing knowledge and skills for the use of digital technologies in different contexts.
EXPECTED TRAINING OUTCOMES
Each topic of the learning content sets learning objectives and expected outcomes for mastering knowledge, skills and attitudes for the use of information technologies for the performance of specific tasks.
For the advanced level (levels 5 and 6 of the European Digital Competence Framework (DigCom 2.1), it is determined that learners should be able to apply and evaluate different approaches to solving different tasks and problems, guiding others and helping them to adapt in a complex context.
The expected learning outcomes are related to the acquisition of topic-specific terminology, practical skills for solving problems using information technology, reasoning skills when choosing a technological tool, communication skills and teamwork skills.

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE TRAINING

HOW THE TRAINING IS COMPLETED
The participants in the training take a final exam, which is conducted electronically by the Unified Certification Center at the Employment Agency. Anyone who has attended at least 80% of the scheduled hours is entitled to take the exam. The trainee may take the exam no more than twice.
Upon successful completion of the exam, the learner receives a Certificate of acquired level of competence in accordance with the European Digital Competence Framework DigComp 2.1.
